Dr. Jason C. Crawley is a leadership coach and strategy consultant who helps professionals, business owners, and property operators lead with clarity, confidence, and intentional execution.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience across higher education, business consulting, and operations, Jason works at the intersection of thinking, decision-making, and execution. His work is grounded in the belief that most challenges leaders face are not a lack of effort or intelligence, but a lack of clarity, structure, and alignment.

Jason partners with individuals and organizations to strengthen leadership identity, clarify priorities, and translate vision into practical, executable strategy. His coaching and consulting focus on helping clients move out of constant reaction and into intentional leadership — whether navigating growth, transition, or complexity.

Operational Support for Property Owners

In addition to his leadership and strategy work, Jason supports property owners and small investors through structured, non-licensed operational coordination. This includes vendor oversight, project organization, and property readiness support — allowing owners to maintain momentum without being pulled into day-to-day operational strain.

Jason holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Arts in Management from Regent University, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Virginia State University. His professional background includes roles as a visiting professor, management consultant, and operations advisor, equipping him with both academic rigor and real-world perspective.
